OUR TEAM

CHRISTINE TRUMBLE PT, OCS, WCS

Christine graduated from Ithaca College 25 years ago. Her focus has been the treatment of the musculoskeletal system through specialized manual therapy techniques, patient education and wellness & prevention.  Christine's  area of interest has evolved over the last 10 years to focus on dysfunctions involving the lumbopelvic complex and  Cancer recovery. Christine believes if we restore the function of women's  pelvic floor and abdominal wall, educate about postural habits

and encourage their fitness goals, we can avoid future issues with hip , back and other pelvic floor issues.

Christine is  certified as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Women's Health/Pelvic Physical Therapy Clinical Specialist. Less than 1000 PT's hold this certification. She is motivated and inspired by her clients.  They are the reason for  this specialized clinic.

In her free time you can find her with her husband watching her three beautiful daughters grow into beautiful young ladies.
