We participate with and will submit your bill to BCBS and Aetna/Meritain on your behalf but are considered Out of Network. This means we chose not to sign a financial contract with these companies.

Your plan's Out of network benefits will apply after your Out of Network deductible is met.

 If you have a high deductible plan or your insurance does not allow you to see an out of network provider there is an affordable Cash rate.
